I have found that certain speed dial apps no longer work properly with iOS 7. When you try to end a call that was dialed through the speed dial app, the phnone will repeatedly redial the number and it is very difficult to end or terminate the calling cycle. I normally have to go to lock screen to stop the redialing. Certain apps and dialing from the contacts list does not seem to have this problem. I think until Apple or the developers figure out a fix, you may need to find speed dial apps that don't have this problem. 1-TouchCall is one app that still seems to work fine.
